RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE FOLLOWING ARE THE RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT UNDER WHICH ROOMS ARE PERMITTED TO BE USED BY GUESTS/OCCUPIERS: -
1. TARRIF: The tariff is for the rooms only and is exclusive of any Government Taxes or charges which may be applicable from time to time.Guests/ occupiers above the age of 8 years will be reckoned as separate person and a charge of extra bed will be charged. Maximum number of guests allowed in double bedroom is three (with extra bed charges applicable for one person above the age of 10)
2. DEPARTURE : Check out time is 10.00 am . Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time which will be possible only on availability of the room. You can retain the room to a maximum period of one hour beyond which a full day’s tariff will be charged.
3. LUGGAGE STORAGE: Luggage may be stored in the luggage room at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage will not be stored for a period over 2 days.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of any booking before 48 hours of the date of check in will be charged 50% of the total accommodation amount. Cancellation within 48 hours of the date of check in will be charged 100% of the total amount of accommodation. No refund will be provided for cancellation of festive packages. The management reserves the right to cancel and / or refuse the reservation if guests do not arrive on the stipulated day of check in within 4 hours of the scheduled time.
5. BOOKING AND SETTLEMENT OF BILLS: For advance booking a minimum of one full day accommodation charges should be deposited. the balance amount to is to be paid at the Hotel reception before check out. Cheques and postal orders are not accepted as any sort of payment. Extension of booking is allowed subject to availability of rooms. Allotment of rooms depend entirely on the discretion of the management.
6. COMPANY’S LINE ON VISITOR’S LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS: In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest the management shall be entitled to a line on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party and appropriate net sales proceeds towards amount due from the guests/ occupier
7. GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS: Guests are requested to observe the Government rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc.
8. ARRIVAL: Guests are requested to maintain the check in time at 12.00 pm and check out time at 10.00 am . Providing a valid government approved Identity card at the time of check in by the guests are compulsory. In case of advance booking guests are requested to provide the valid booking, receipts provided to them in paper or through email at the reception. Verbal requests will not be accepted.
9. GUEST RULES :
A. BELONGINGS: Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or when going to bed and not leave the key hanging in the door. The Hotel management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for the loss of resident’s goods or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage thereof whether due to neglect of guests or agents or visitors or any other cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.
B. HAZARDOUS GOODS: Storing of cinema films, raw or exposed or any other articles of combustible or hazardous nature, in residential room is strictly prohibited.
C. OUTSIDE FOOD: Cooked food or alcohol from outside are not allowed within the Hotel premises.
D. PETS: Pet animals or birds are not allowed in the rooms.
E. RESTRICTED ARTICLES: No disinfectant, antiseptic medicine, spray or soap is permitted to be used in the privy as it will damage the bacterial system of disposal.
F. No articles including bed linen, towels and chairs or other property of the hotel should be taken outside the Hotel campus.
G. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel property caused by the guests or their visitors or by any person for whom they are responsible. The cost of the damaged article will be recouped from the occupier as per price list available at the reception.
H. VISITORS RULES: Not more than one relative, friend or any other visitor of the resident guests will not be allowed inside the room during the day and after 10 pm no visitor of the guests is allowed inside the room.
I . RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HOTEL AND GUESTS: Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy, sub tenancy or any right or interest in the Hotel premises or any part or portion thereof any favor of any guest or resident or visitor. The Hotel owners and management shall always be in full and absolute possession and control of the hotel premises.
10. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS: The hotel management reserves the right to add to, alter or amend any of the above terms, conditions and rules. The management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without previous notice, and without assigning any reason whatsoever and the guest shall be bound to vacate the premises when requested to do so. In case of default the Management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the visitor from the room occupied by the guest and lock the room. The Management will be bound to take any strict step in case of any misconduct of any guest or it’s visitor which may hamper the reputation of the hotel.
